Mice Bite

            Ant. jenmanii twins     mice_bite2.JPG

There are few naughty mice around my house and, as a matter of fact, mouse is fond of young leaves of Anthurium. Yes it is. After one night I left my young Anthurium plants on the backyard for visiting my relatives’ house, I found some of them lost one leaf relatively. There was some biting scars or dental marks on the stems or part of the leaves which were left behind. The mice got the most expensive food ever. They eat the young leaf of Ant. black beauty and part of young leaf Ant jenmanii. I didn’t give a damn on this case and I was not mad at the mice: useless and wasting time. The lesson from this case is that Anturium leaves attract mouse appetite. And the measure I should take is: just make my house secure form mice attack and block any access for mice!
